More Details » Toshiba 46XV640U Review: HD, Blu-Ray, & PS3 gaming look top notch on this LCD. Scrolling text looks clear w/ 120hz refresh rate. I got this from Costco and had the chance to compare the Toshiba side by side w/ the comparable 46" Sony, Sharp, Vizio & Samsung. The Toshiba & Samsung had the best picture quality & details in the blacks. No contrast ratio spec that I could find, however the darks have more detail than the Sony, Sharp & Vizio.
